date night…

Last night, Pam and I got to enjoy some us time…we hadn’t had time, just the two of us, since May…and this was our first night sans kids in 8 months or so. It was a nice break…we went to dinner and then to see 2012. We wanted the 8pm show, but it was sold out…so we settled for the 10pm show. To fill the time, we walked around Best Buy, mainly the appliances and then went to Barnes & Noble.
The movie was fun…was it great? No. Was it over the top? Yeah, and that made it fun.
Today we hit Meijer for groceries…and are relaxing this afternoon.
I also want to send a congrats to Coach Jen Harrison, who competed tis morning in the 2009 Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3! Way to go coach! Awesome!
