I guess I assumed my my daughter would skip the “terrible twos”. Which I have to say is false advertising. Shouldn’t the “terrible twos” have hit when she turned 2, not at 18 months…what a load of crap!!!

My child, my wonderful daughter goes from sweet lovable rug monkey in an instant, and transforms faster than Optimus Prime into Toddlerzilla. It’s simply amazing, and at times really hard not to laugh- because it’s funny. Seriously, for Cubicle Mom and I…at times we’re just at a loss. The only thing we can do is laugh. I almost wish we as adults would react like toddlers…imagine the fun!

Anyway, since Toddlerzilla started making appearances I’ve been reading articles all over the internets, looking for answers. Seeking the solution to end all our “terrible two” problems, and banish Toddlerzilla from the Cubicle home.

Well I’ve found plenty about redirecting emotions etc, but I like this take that I found on Parent Hacks.

I hope if you’ve got Toddlerzilla visiting that maybe this helps…and if you’re on the way to the “terrible twos”…
RUN!!! Toddlerzilla!!! Toddlerzilla!!!
